Amazon Hemp Seed Oil vs Real HEMP CBD Oil

Let me go right ahead and say – the amazon hemp oil is nothing but a phony!

Yes, you heard that right.

And if you think for one moment that you’re getting all the benefits of full spectrum CBD oil for a fraction of a price, you might as well start believing in fairies and dragons!

Hey everyone, it’s Aaron again. I apologize for the rude introduction.

But, in my defense, I get really angry when I hear people defending the hemp seed oil and comparing it to the real CBD oil from hemp’s leaf.

And I must add that these are people with absolutely no worthwhile experience in the world of CBD.

So, today, I’ll put this debate to rest once and for all. And I’ll do it with vengeance.

Read along to find out my experience with the Amazon Hemp oil and why you should never put it in the same league as real CBD oil.

What’s the difference between the Amazon ‘Hemp Seed Oil’ and Real Cannabis CBD Oil?

First, let’s talk about the creation process. But before I do so, let me clear up something important. The Amazon ‘Hemp Oil’ isn’t really Hemp Oil. Rather it is Hempseed oil, which only contains very small amounts of cannabinoids.

Hempseed Oil Manufacturing Process

This hempseed oil is manufactured by cleaning the seeds first. After the cleaning is done, the seeds are pressed at a temperature that’s lower than 120°Fto obtain the oil. That’s it! Now you know why hempseed oil is so much cheaper than the real deal.

Once it is cold pressed, hempseed oil has a dark to clear light green color with a nutty flavor. However, after it is refined, it becomes colorless and transparent, with little to no flavor.

Cannabis CBD Oil(from Hemp) Manufacturing Process

Unlike hempseed oil, CBD oil is extracted by a complex process called ‘Supercritical CO2 Extraction.’

This process requires complex equipment and expertise. And as a result of that, it is quite expensive. However, the extra cost ensures that the extraction process is not only highly efficient but also completely safe.

The oil which is obtained from this extraction process is transparent and has an amber color.

Hemp seed Oil Ingredients

Although hempseed oil only has trace amounts of cannabinoids like CBD and THC, it does have quite a few useful nutrients. Essential fatty acids like omega-3, omega-6, linoleic acid, alpha linoleic acid, gamma linoleic acid, and stearidonic acid, make up 80% of the constituents.

Apart from that, it has a low quantity of saturated fats.

CBD Oil Ingredients

CBD Oil, especially full spectrum CBD oil, is rich in many cannabinoids.

As you might already know, CBD is just one out of 100 compounds identified in the Cannabis Sativa L plant. And full spectrum CBD oil contains a wide range of cannabinoids.

Apart from cannabinoids, this oil also contains many essential vitamins, fatty acids, protein, minerals, terpenes, chlorophyll, flavonoids, and fiber.

CBD oil, especially in the case of CBD oil tinctures, isn’t sold as a standalone product. It comes with a carrier oil, which is usually coconut oil. Since coconut oil comes with many benefits of its own, you can expect the final product to carry the same.

Hemp seed Oil Benefits

While it may not have any major healing effects, it does have many benefits for the skin. Apart from skincare benefits, hempseed oil can also aid in weight loss and may improve heart health among other things.

However, none of the benefits are as substantial as the ones CBD oil provides.

Hemp CBD Oil Benefits

Compared to Hempseed oil, the CBD oil comes with many life-changing benefits.

As my longtime readers will know, I suffer from deep anxiety problems in addition to sleep and chronic back pain issues. And CBD oil has kept all my disorders at bay.

Apart from treating the above conditions, CBD oil has many benefits for the skin. It has also shown promise in treating challenging conditions like fibromyalgia. Moreover, my friend Daniel (some of you might already know him from his excellent posts), treated his depression successfully using CBD oil.

As you can see, there are many significant benefits of consuming CBD oil. And with more research down the years, we can expect to find even more.

Apart from the benefits, this is where hemp seed oil and real cannabis CBD oil has a significant difference.

As the manufacturing process of CBD oil is quite complex and time-consuming, it is much more expensive than hemp seed oil. However, one must be wary of overpriced hemp oils, as I’ve noticed quite a few listed on Amazon.

My Experience with Hemp seed Oil

Now, I’ve read quite a few online blogs which have put down hemp seed oil without even trying. But, I decided to go the extra mile and give it a shot anyway.

I purchased one of the costlier products, which even had a misleading ‘450 mg’ tag. However, nowhere in the description was the term CBD mentioned.

Anyhow, I underwent the same protocol I follow while reviewing CBD products. I took a week-long break from my existing CBD medications until my back pain, anxiety and sleep problems slowly crept back into my life.

After a concentrated dose of the hemp seed oil, I noticed no difference. And by the 3rd day, my conditions took a turn for the worse. I just couldn’t work, nor sleep. No, I am not addicted. But Hemp seed oil has different uses than the CBD oil.

And that’s when I decided to dump the bottle as it is of no use.

Finally, I resumed my usual CBD medications and nursed myself back to health within just 2 days.

Conclusion: Should you buy Amazon’s Hemp Oil?

That brings us to an end. I hope after reading this article, you’ll never even think about switching to the Amazon Hemp Oils from real cannabis CBD oil.

If you have a friend or family member who have bought this, do send them over to my blog. And don’t be shy to share your experiences with hemp seed oil down in the comment section below.
